Actual Reports

Actual Reports can be used to create custom labels and document printouts, or edit existing templates to fit your exact business needs.

Creating a New Actual Report

To create a new Actual Report, click the Reports dropdown menu, and click Actual Reports. This will open a blank template for you to start working on from scratch. This will not have any data to manipulate or test with.

Editing an Existing Template

Sometimes it's easier to start a custom template using one that already exists.

To edit an existing label, go to any product and click Print Labels from the QuickNav bar.

Choose the layout you wish to edit in the newly opened menu, and click Edit Template. This will open the existing template with data to manipulate and test with.

To edit an existing document such as Invoice-Waybill, Purchase Order, or Sales Order, open said document and click Print from the QuickNav bar.

Choose the custom printout you wish to edit in the newly opened menu, and click Edit Template.

When editing existing template, we always recommend to Save as New when testing, otherwise your edit will override the existing layout provided by ERPLY.
