Creating a Customer

There are two ways to create a customer: The Back Office and the POS.

To create from the Back Office :

Step 1: Navigate to the CUSTOMERS module and click the + next to All Customers in the dropdown menu.This will create a new Customer Card.

Step 2: Add customer information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, adress, etc. You must also associate them to a group.

Info: Only the fields marked in red are manditory.

Note: On the left hand side, you can add more information about the customer such as title, date of birth, home store etc.

Step 3: Click Save.
