Making Sales and Returns In ERPLY Back Office

1. Create an invoice in Erply Back Office

Go to SALES and click on the plus sign in front of Invoices.

Follow the steps to configure the invoice.

Note: More options are available to you on the left grey column.

Once you click Confirm, a code will be assigned to the Invoice.

2. Take the payment

Go to SALES and click on Invoices.

Locate your invoice.

In front of the invoice, click on the More button and select Insert Payment.

Take your payment the way you prefer and click on Save once you are satisfied with the results

2. Create a return document from the original invoice.

Once again, go to SALES and click on Invoices. Locate and click to open the the invoice you want to return. Down on your window, click on the three white dots on the blue box entitled F4.

From the list of options that will show up, click on Return/Credit.

Follow the steps to configure the return.

Once you click confirm a credit invoice will created with a code.

3. Relate the original invoice to the return/credit invoice.

One more time, go to SALES and click on invoices. Locate your orginal invoice and in front of it you will see the code of the credit invoice. Similarly, if you locate you credit invoice, you will notice that in front of it, there is the code for the original invoice.

Note: You can click on the code to quickly access the invoice related to that type of invoice.
