Configuring Receipt Layout

With ERPLY you can configure your receipt in differents ways using different modules. In this guide will congifure our receipt using the SETTINGS and RETAIL CHAIN modules.

Allows the user to add their own discount line on a receipt with their message.

Go to SETTINGS > Configuration

In the left column entitled POS, check the box that says: "If customer gets discount print a line with total discount on sales receipt"

Then once your print the receipt that includes a discount, it will look like this:

Allows the user to change the message that will appear in the footer of receipt.

Go to SETTINGS > Configuration

Scroll down to Sales document printouts where it says “Message in footer of cash receipt”. Add your custom message.

One your print a receipt, the following message will show up.

Allows the user to enable barcodes and view them as receipt #’s on receipt.

Go to SETTINGS > Configuration > Scroll down to Sales document printouts again and check the box that says: “Print receipt # as barcode on receipt”

The receipt will look like this:

Allows the user to enable and view Cashier’s name on receipts.

Go to INVENTORY > Registers. Click on your register and check the box that says: “Print Salesperson on receipt”

The print out will look like this:

Allows the user to edit the address that will be printed on the receipt.

Go to INVENTORY > Registers > Type in the address that you want to show on the receipt.

The, the receipt will look like this:

Note: If you leave this field blank, the receipt will print the address located in your location card (with additional configuration) on company card.

Allows the user to edit the phone number that will be printed on the receipt.

Go to INVENTORY > Registers > Type in your phone number that will show on the receipt.
