Much like a sale tendered with cash, there are multiple options for completing a sale via debit or credit.
Once one of these methods is completed, click on “confirm” once you have added a payment to the sale.
Info: Depending on the set up selected for processing Credit Card Sales, the next screen will have two different outcomes.
External Card Reader - The final step of the sale (card swipe and confirmation) is processed outside of ERPLY. Since it is completed on ERPLY's end, a receipt will print out.
Integrated Payment - ERPLY will show a prompt that it is connecting to a processor as the credit card machine completes the final steps of the transaction. Once swiped and signed, a print receipt option will appear.
