Users can add notes about a sale by clicking the NOTES button. Notes can be linked to a sale in two different ways.

RECEIPT NOTES: This note will be printed out on the bottom of the receipt. This section can be used for giving any extra information to a customer upon request.

INTERNAL NOTES: This note will only be visible to employees. This section can be used for any notes that are not needed for the customer such as extra product information or any sales occurances.
